About

Nurit Manor is an artist and writer who expresses her creativity through vibrant paintings, prints, and sculptures made from found objects. Her works are characterised by a rich spectrum of colours and a fluid transformation of ideas into art, often drawing inspiration from nature, still life, and figure studies, with occasional political undertones.

Driven by a deep urge to create, Nurit constantly seeks new challenges and experiences. Despite her years of artistic exploration, she maintains a youthful spirit—curious, daring, and free-spirited, with an enduring sense of innocence.

Since the age of 20, she has exhibited in numerous exhibitions, including a solo show at Tel Aviv Artists House in 2022 and a group exhibition in Shoreditch, London, the same year. In addition to her visual art, Nurit has published three books in Hebrew, with English translations currently in progress.

Everyone can find his treasure and purpose in life.

My source of living is – art. Art is what I would call the ‘soul’ of my life. It’s my treasure.

The world is a fascinating place, because it’s constantly changing, growing and renewing itself all the time. And we, as individuals, are part of this renewal.

The Indians define the Taj Mahal as a “perfect and eternal beauty”. This palace was built to tell the world about eternal love and beauty.

Art outlines a conceptual path; These days it should be about social and political issues.

I have always recommended healthy food, even before it was fashionable. There is a direct connection between food, health, and our mood.

Over the years, I have traveled to New Zealand, Thailand, India, England, and many more places.

I work and live in London and in Tel Aviv, where I ride on bicycle.

Art in it’s various forms shows us the essence of life by being like a mirror and a magnifying glass.

We must maintain high moral and mental stability to continue good living and creating art, as it means keeping our treasures of life in happiness and joy.

In my blog there are posts in Hebrew and in English.
